The best way to ensure our safety and the safety of our family is to be prepared for all emergencies.
Emergencies, how to deal with them. We must ensure the safety of our family

First, we must believe in our ability to take care of ourselves and our families physically, mentally, and emotionally.
There are potential threats everywhere, and that is why it is so important to be as prepared as possible to deal with a sudden emergency.
Families who have everything they need for emergencies will be much more organized in dealing with situations that are really full of pitfalls of all kinds than those who don’t think at all that a critical situation might suddenly arise.
Knowing what to prepare for
It is tempting to think that you need to be prepared for all kinds of emergencies : earthquakes, hurricanes, floods, nuclear attacks, civil unrest.
However, such an approach can quickly get out of hand because it is not only very expensive, but also very scattershot.
It is much better to objectively assess the specific risks that are most likely to occur where you live.
For example, living in a very remote area and not being able to get food or fuel in the event of a natural disaster can be a very serious problem indeed.
A city, on the other hand, can become dangerous due to increased conflict between criminal gangs trying to take control of the black market.
Regardless of the potential risks, the first use of your budget should be to purchase the necessary supplies of food, water, and first aid.
It is also advisable to be prepared in case you suddenly need to leave your home immediately.
Essential supplies for an emergency
Have at least one liter of water per person per day on hand, and have filters for use with water of questionable quality.
Have enough food on hand to last at least one month.
Freeze-dried, dehydrated, and canned foods have a longer shelf life.
Have medical emergency supplies on hand.
Have essential survival tools on hand, including tools for hunting, communication, navigation, cutting and digging.
Purchase a good quality radio that works on either a hand crank or battery.
Make sure the home survival area is self-sufficient for heating, cooking and sanitation.
Have a weapon available for self-defense and family protection.
Prepare for emergencies
Obviously, it is important to accumulate the supplies you need to survive.
But just as important is the ability to use them properly.
Being prepared for all emergencies is the best way to ensure your safety and the safety of your family.
