Frames are always quite identical…
The frameworks are more or less the same all over the world.
Despite so-called “constitutional principles”, discrimination against any minor group has always been tolerated.
Political, religious or cultural, it matters little.
In fact, where intolerance is the practice, society itself tends toward hierarchy and militarization.
As long as there is always an enemy to fight.
To hold together an atomized and disjointed society.
Otherwise disintegrating and rebelling.

In any modern micro-society, in order to strengthen the “group spirit” that makes one feel stronger, one tends to focus against a supposedly weak person.
By marginalizing him or her, the group feels more secure and united.
Unfortunately, this is already happening in schools.
This practice is often even encouraged by teachers.
In this way they hope to improve their own relationship with students who group against the weak one on duty.
Such a grouping system is unfortunately a constant feature in all human relationships.
Although it has more to do with the animal world than with rational human beings.
