Friends. A short but intense post
This short but intense post is for everyone who keeps up with everything I post (especially the stuff that’s not worth it).
My best friend told me today, with a playful smile, “Your site is mostly followed by your enemies“.
I know that’s not true, though.
They’re my best friends.
They might not always seem like it, but they’re always there for me.
But to me, they’re just the cutest.
They’ve always been a bit of a joke, but in the nicest way.
I have to admit, though, that recently, I’ve found them a bit underwhelming.
I’m hopeful that one day, they’ll be able to transform the tenderness I feel for them into compassion.
Since they dedicated such a moving song to me, I’m ending the night on a high note with this equally evocative track.
