One word I would like to remove from the dictionary is “escape”.
In fact, it has often been misused to refer to anyone who wants to get off the beaten path and grow independently.
Monotony, boredom, death. Millions live like this (or die like this) without knowing it.
They work in offices. They drive a car.
They picnic with their families. They raise children.
You are at the beginning of your life.
That is why you should experiment, try.

But your culture teaches only dichotomies.
Only later do you learn that many of them can live together in harmony, not in opposition.
You often create false dichotomies or false ambivalences within yourself, which are usually very painful, and you feel forced to make choices.
But at some point you realize, often unconsciously, whether you are really suited to what you want to do, and more importantly, whether it is really what you want.
You have the right to experiment in your life.
And, of course, to make mistakes.
You are definitely going to fail.
You have graduated from college.
By now you should know your vocation.
But ten years later you may discover that you no longer want to be a teacher or a painter.
This often happens.
In this case, you have the right to change the course of your life.
Even if society only asks you to conform.
