It is in defeat that the art of winning is learned.
The art of winning. You learn from every fall

It’s been a long time since I realized a mistake many people make : confusing being successful with winning.
As if life is always a war.
And winning is something to be pursued at all costs.
Instead, experience has taught me that you gain much more from losing than you do from winning.
You are not infallible, you can make mistakes, and you are not always able to make up for your mistakes.
But it is necessary to make sure that these mistakes are not completely useless, and that you can learn a lesson that will help you correct your course in the future.
From all of this, I have learned that even when you lose, you gain a great deal.
From every wound, from every tear, from every fall, you always learn something.
And most of all, I learned that you are not truly strong when you can defeat others, but when you can defeat yourself, and then have the strength to start again.
Not once, not twice, but always.
Without fear of what awaits us tomorrow.
And most of all, without regretting what we leave behind.
