Today, the Internet is like television.
Advertisements now infest the vast majority of portals.

It is often impossible to tell where content ends and advertising begins, as the screen is filled with banners of all sizes.
Blogs/sites (both personal and commercial, now in 99% of cases these two categories coincide) are generally even worse.

In the wake of urban legends about those who have become rich and famous thanks to their blogs, sites with titles like : “How to make money with your blog”, “Methods and strategies to monetize on the Internet”, “How to make money with a blog”, “How and how much does a blogger make ? Revelations and strategies”, “Make money from home with your website”.

The result is a promotion of self-centeredness that is absolutely invasive and often irritating, with titles that are truly grotesque : “Tips for breakfast”, “Waxing channel”, “An evening at Ezio’s trattoria specializing in seafood”, “My 15 secrets to drive a man crazy in bed”, “My love affairs when I was a disco bouncer”.

Worthy of special mention is the category of blogs in which phantom gurus propose to awaken their readers’ consciousness (after convincing them to pay for one of their courses, of course).
Peace, harmony, and everlasting happiness : “Flashes of Light,” “Course to Empower Your Mind’s Resources,” “Improve Your Life,” “Explore Inner Worlds and Other Dimensions.”

An exorbitant number of advertisements.
A million, a billion virtual channels.

Impressive and important means.
But content is totally absent.

Irrelevance as content, because now the only thing that counts is selling.
But the authors of all these sites/blogs are missing one fundamental thing.

Soul.
And that cannot be improvised or bought.
