December 13, 2024 Reflections of a heretic
If this mentality finally takes hold, we will be ruined.
Welfarism. Be careful not to create the alibi

Be careful not to create the alibi of welfarism.
It has never paid off.
You have to learn first.
You have to understand that either you constantly (and significantly) improve, or you will never get a gig.
Opportunities have to be created, sure.
But they have to be earned on the field.
It is not only a question of sacrifice.
But mostly about level and quality.
It is not enough to do things well.
It is not even enough to do them well.
We have to do them better than others.
But it also requires a different way of thinking.
Because I hear a lot of young people saying that everything is going wrong.
They always look for what is missing.
There is a lack of this or that.
No, no.
If this mentality were to prevail permanently, we would be ruined.
